Default Cup-mod

I have for a long time felt that something has been missing, since I for a long time ago played CS. I did nearly all weekends played cs-cup with my clan.
So maybe they should ad a "Cup-mod".

What i mean with Cup is that, I want some kinda cup system in the game.

example
If you have a enter fee, lets say 10k and 8 guild will play when it is 80k in the "pot". And the guilds fight about money, not rating.

The cup system should be simple to use and easy to advertise in chat about your cup etc.

The cups can be open for all or only invited guilds. And anyone can be "cup-admin", what i mean with that is that anyone can start a cup.
And the cup system automatlic confirm wich guild that won, so you don have to take screenshot when you win.
And admin can choose if the guild has to be between two diffrent rating or rank.

example
Only guild with a rating between 1150 and 1350 is allwoed to compete.

This is like when you added "Observe" But maybe if you add a thing like this the "PvE" players would complain about that "you" spend to much time on pvp and not the same time on "pve", and maybe this is just a to big "mod".

Now i want your oppinion in this, is some thing good or is just crap ?

I will come up with a screenshot how a simple "cup-admin" screen could look.
